Welcome to Living Neatly, a company designed to meet your needs; to ensure you experience the simple joys of life like the scent of fresh linen, and an organized pantry. We offer two different services, cleaning and the upmost standard of home organization Tampa. We believe that everything has its place and so we ensure to keep everything clean, and neat.

  • What are the prices?

    Please call or email us for a FREE 30-50 min estimate via video chat (Zoom, Skype, Facetime) or in person.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit?

    Yes, a $75 deposit fee is required to reserve your appointment. Please note that the $75 deposit is to reverse your appointment and is then applied to your estimated service cost.
  • Is there a cancellation/ rescheduling fee?

    No. ONLY if you cancel/reschedule before or on your 2 days (42 hours) grace period. PLEASE NOTE your $75 deposit will not be returned if you cancel/reschedule after your grace period.
  • How do you receive payments/deposits?

    We accept: Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, Paypal or Personal Checks. *Cash is only accepted if you wish to tip your cleaner/organizer*
  • Can I schedule same day cleaning or organizing?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept same day appointments as we have other clients that have booked their appointments in advance.
  • When can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

    2 days (42 hours) in advance.
  • If I reschedule on or before my 2 days (42 hours) grace period, could my deposit apply to my new date?

    Yes, your deposit will carry over to the next service scheduled.
  • Are you open on Holidays?

    Unfortunately, we are not opened on major holidays. However, if you book us in advance, we will be happy to clean before the holidays 🙂
